Krystee Dennis serves as Utilization Review and Quality Assurance Nurse of Northwest Physicians Associates, P.C.   Krystee began her multi-faceted career with Northwest Physicians Associates, P.C. in March of 2011.  She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Group Management Association.

A Meadville native, Krystee has a proven track record in the health care field.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Thiel College in 1999 and began her career in nursing at Meadville Medical Center.  She worked primarily in the Rehabilitation Department, while being cross-trained with Stepping Stones, and Transitional Care Units.  Krystee spent three years at Meadville Medical and then progressed, working as a Dialysis nurse at Gambro (now DaVita) under the direction of Dr. Zelen.  She spent another three years working in Dialysis at the dialysis center in the Park Avenue Plaza and traveled to Meadville Medical Center to complete treatments for acute care patients.

Krystee was always interested in education and had an opportunity in 2005 to begin work as a Nurse Educator and Staff Development Director at Rolling Fields in Conneautville.  She was responsible for helping 250 students start their careers during her six-year tenure at Rolling Fields.  While at Rolling Fields, she completed an assignment as Acting Director of Nursing. She was responsible for Quality Assurance, Infection Control, as well as all staff education and follow up.   To her credit, she was part of the Eden Leadership Team at Rolling Fields, who were responsible for bringing the Eden Alternative and nursing home culture change to life at Rolling Fields.
